The recession has proved to be good for us since businesses are reviewing all their services including accountancy services. This has meant it has been considerably easier for us for to see potential clients.

From these meetings  we discovered that business in the current economic climate want far more from their accountants than simply accounts and tax returns. They want regular communication with their accountant and fixed fees. The biggest disappointment expressed by business owners is unexpected bills from their accountant and a total lack of support outside preparing their accounts and tax returns.

Southside Accountants is proactive and works on fixed fees basis. All our fees are agreed in advance.We never surprise our clients with unexpected fees. We put our clients at the centre of everything we do.
